Finding a pet-friendly apartment is still a chore for many, but a few Web sites have popped up in recent years to help apartment residents find them. The latest is PetFriendlyRentalProperties.com, introduced by Rhona Sutter. The Web entrepreneur had a hit with pet owners a few years ago when she founded PetRealtyNetwork.com, which matches animal lovers with like-minded Realtors. She remarks, “We’ve gotten so many requests for [pet-friendly] rentals for people who have lost their homes through foreclosure.
