Real estate agents, developers, and homeowners are doing all they can to improve property values and revitalize neighborhoods, given that the housing market is not expected to fully recover for some time yet. In Atlanta, some Realtors have banded together to clean up neighborhoods, and developers have replaced unfinished residential foundations with a park.
