Now is a good time to buy a home according to 30 percent of Americans recently polled by TD Bank. The third annual Mortgage Service Index, which surveyed about 1,456 adults, also shows that 29 percent of respondents said they were likely to move forward with a home purchase this year. More than half of Millennials said they were either very or extremely likely to buy a home within the next year. Meanwhile, 86 percent of home buyers said they have adequate resources to educate themselves about the home buying process; but 51 percent felt that lenders could offer more helpful information online. | Read More
