Older Baby Boomers are beginning to enter the traditional retirement years, and the National Association of Realtors believes the leading edge of the Boomer population will relocate to markets such as Raleigh, N.C.; Albuquerque, N.M.; and Boise, Idaho. Aging Baby Boomers will be looking for markets that offer a low cost of living but that also have economies strong enough to support delayed retirement. Other likely targets for migration include Denver; Fort Myers, Fla.; Greenville, S.C.; Orlando; Phoenix; Sarasota, Fla.; and Tucson, Ariz.
